Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary to operate the service, primarily to keep you signed in and maintain your session.

Our signup and contact forms may use Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent spam. Google may set cookies or collect device information as part of that service.

Service providers

We share information with trusted vendors who help us operate the service, such as:

  • Clerk: authentication and account management

These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies and contractual obligations. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Data retention

We retain account and review data for as long as your organization maintains an active subscription or as needed to provide the service. Submitted review history is retained according to your plan features. You may contact us to discuss deletion requests where applicable.

Your choices

You can sign out of your account at any time, which clears your active session. Organization administrators manage user access within the product. If you have questions about your data or want to make a privacy-related request, please contact us.

Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional rights regarding their personal information under applicable state privacy laws. To exercise those rights, contact us using the information above.
